The AHVRA strives to seek improvements in service and continually work to lift the standard of heavy vehicle accident repairs through technology, techniques and best practices that deliver high quality, cost effective repairs with minimum downtime.
This criteria represents minimum requirements for AHVRA membership. It ensures that members are experienced & properly equipped heavy vehicle repairers.

Conditions:
Proven record of repairs to two or more of the following categories:
- Light rigid vehicles
- Medium rigid vehicles
- Large rigid vehicles and/or Prime Movers
- Trailers
- Minimum of 5 years trading in the Heavy Vehicle Repair Industry
Premises:
The repair facility must be visually presentable with good customer facilities, well equipped and fully functional.

- Evidence of WHS compliance – Company manual, written policy on display, hazard reporting forms, safe operating procedures
- Waste management procedures
- Sufficient insurance cover
- Acceptable Presentation
- Evidence of Current Workers compensation & Public liability Insurance (with a minimum limit of $20 M)

Chassis
- Industry approved heavy vehicle chassis alignment and straightening equipment
- Porta Power Ram Set (minimum 1 x 20 tonne)
